I tried to publish my question on SUMO. Here is choosen caption: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/desktop/fix-problems Next, I entered my question "Uses 25% of CPU constantly" to search a similar. Pressed "None of these solve my problem" and browser crashed with Windows message: "... not working".
The problem has repeated in "Privacy and Settings", when I press "None of these solve my problem" browser crashes.
