Details

The change made in bug 1278071 caused pkcs#12 files produced by NSS 3.35 and 3.36 to be incompatible with Windows. NSS 3.36.1 decreases it to 600 K to ensure compatibility. See bug 1278071 comment 31.
Fixed by follow up commits in bug 1278071.
