This probe counts the number of plugin _types_ when a Click-to-Activate notification is shown. Since we only support Flash now, I think that for all practical purposes this probe is useless. The reported value is "count - 1", and we can see that in beta 59, 100% of values reported were 0: https://telemetry.mozilla.org/new-pipeline/dist.html#!cumulative=0&end_date=2018-03-01&keys=__none__!__none__!__none__&max_channel_version=beta%252F59&measure=PLUGINS_NOTIFICATION_PLUGIN_COUNT&min_channel_version=nightly%252F60&processType=*&product=Firefox&sanitize=1&sort_keys=submissions&start_date=2018-01-22&table=0&trim=0&use_submission_date=0 Could you all take a look in the SQL queries that you're using just to make sure it's safe to remove and it's not gonna break any queries? (I guess if it breaks something too it wouldn't be hard to fix anyway)
