Steps to reproduce:

1) Clean install firefox developer edition (60.0b10, 20180405103530) and firefox nightly (61.0a1, 20180409220118)
2) Open http://rosetta.alhur.es/compare/go/rust/#Address_of_a_variable


Actual results:

When you try to scroll down the page, the scroll resets its position to the original state, thus preventing scrolling of the page content


Expected results:

The scroll must work, as in chromium, for example

I can't reproduce this.  doaxan, can you please include some more information on how you scroll the page, using the mouse, the keyboard, or something else?

Also, do you scroll the page before or after it is fully loaded?
