This origin was removed a while back when scl3 closed but the CloudFront distribution remains alive but broken. We need to remove that and any DNS.

cdn-origin.mozilla.net is a CNAME to cdn.external.zlb.scl3.mozilla.com

I've deleted the CNAME from our public and private DNS view.

cdn.mozilla.net disabled in CloudFront, DNS deleted in Infoblox.

cdn.mozilla.net distribution deleted after no complains for a while with it disabled. This should be all cleaned up now.
