From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0rc2)
Gecko/20020510
BuildID:    2002051006

i dont know if it's me or the code but IE renders this page perfectly but when i
view it in RC2 it has little brown borders around the edges that aren't intended
to be there. perhaps you could make the layout engine more flexible or whatever.
you guys are doing a good job.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to http://www.dvaweb.org/forums/
2. using IE
3. and then using RC2 or RC1

Actual Results: you get thin brown borders around the tables in RC2 but not in IE.

Expected Results: it should not have the thin brown borders

none at this time

Reporter is right. Under IE 6.0 the borders are white. Under Mozilla RC2 they
are brown.

border color is specified without a # sign:

td.cat,td.catHead,td.catSides,td.catLeft,td.catRight,td.catBottom {
			background-image: url(templates/subSilver/images/cellpic1.gif);
			background-color:#FCEDA7; border: FFFDF5; border-style: solid; height: 28px;
}

Fixing this here and at another spot where this occurs causes the page to render
the same as IE.

Suggesting INVALID or Tech Evang

Other than the rotating header image, this site renders identically in Firefox 2, Camino trunk, and Safari 3, so I'm going to mark this FIXED. Their CSS has a # in front of all colour properties of the border attribute now.
