Hi there,
I think this may be affected from the changes that were recently made to the support.mozilla.org site. There were some cronjobs that were changed as well as now this site is hosted with AWS.
I am not sure what may be the cause:
What is happening:
Entries in the database tp-sumo01-ro-zeus.phx.mozilla.com have stopped updating from 3/26
What is expected:
The entries to continue updating

I am going to close this out as wontfix since this is no longer something that webops is able to assist with.
