Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to "Recently Closed Tabs" panel via: History button>Recently Closed Tabs; or Hamburger>Library>History>Recently Closed Tabs.
2. Hover over a listed recently closed tab.


Actual results:

There's no longer a tooltip or URL status popup.


Expected results:

Tootips and status popups should appear, to indicate the URL of the recently closed tab.

This is also half-broken in the "History" panel. The tooltip appears when hovering over an entry in "Recent History" list, but the URL status popup fails to show.

Thanks for filing this bug. Someone filed the same issue a little while ago so I'll close this as a duplicate of that.
