Details

This is for a daily monitoring report for online news v2, but might be useful in general -- the idea is that the notebook output url would be stored as an xcom variable from the EMRSparkOperator task, and a downstream that's a subclass of EmailOperator would pull down the notebook contents, convert it to html and email the result to an address.
It ended up being much easier to let databricks scheduling and email alerts handle this
