When entering the font detail panel, the sizes of the panel in both 2-pane and 3-pane mode change unexpectedly.

STR:
1. Inspect an element with font-variation-settings applied
2. (optional) Adjust the size of the panels inside the inspector
3. Enter the fonts detail panel by clicking the `Aa' toggle

Expected result:
- when the font details panel opens, the pane sizes stay as is

Actual result:
- when the font details panel opens, the panes resize
