14533 - NEXT button does not advance after creating a new configuration

Status: VERIFIED DUPLICATE of bug 14530

Description

Steps:
1) Create a new configuration called "Test 1"
2) Hit the NEXT key on the main "Welcome to CCK Wizard!" screen
3) Get an Error message saying that you need to create a configuration, but you
already did
4) Click okay in the error dialog
5) Click the NEXT button on the first wizard screen and you can not proceed.

Actual Results: After creating a new configuration, CCK says that you do not
have any

Expected Results: The first click on the NEXT button should have sent you to the
2nd wizard page

Symptoms look related to 14530, I'm gonna dup it since I think it's the same
fix.
