1453344 - Consider passing the Common Ping Format data to pingsender

bug 1452745 added a duplicate of the common ping format's application.displayVersion to the Environment's build section.

This was so that the pingsender could properly assemble _it's_ common ping format section.

We should probably send the common ping format directly to pingsender via the stringtable in the .extra file (the same way we do with the Environment) so we can avoid (and revert?) this duplication.

Speaking of duplication... should we remove the duplication of the common ping fields in the Environment? It is wasteful and aside from this one case I don't know of a valid reason we should have them.
