1. Open the browser toolbox by hitting cmd-opt-shift-i, or clicking the right menu > web developer > browser toolbox.

2. Move mouse to the edge of the toolbox to try to resize the window. The cursor never visually changes to the resizable arrows, and you cannot select the edge of the box to click and drag.

Note: this does not happen in Firefox V59
I'm guessing this was fixed by Bug 1450999 - can you please confirm if it's fixed for you on the latest nightly?
