In bug 1432952 I noticed that old sync clients don't properly handle new fields from an incoming sync record. i.e. if a new field is added to VALID_FIELDS.

We have tests in test_reconcile.js and test_creditCardRecords.js related to handling unset fields being added to a record but we don't test or handle adding fields that weren't in VALID_FIELDS.
