[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox with a profile which has only two youtube links bookmarked.
2. Type "you" in the address bar.
[Expected result]:
The search suggestions and bookmarks/history are in a certain order.
[Actual result]:
The search suggestions and bookmarks/history are mixed up.
[Regression range]:
This is not a regression.

b. After discussing with Marco Bonardo via IRC, this is intended by design, so this issue will be treated as a minor enhancement.

yes we don't yet have a final decision regarding how to fill up the remaining space, this "problem" is more likely to hit new profiles and disappears with use.
