A recently offboarded employee, Salvador de la Puente is having trouble logging into Bugzilla. When he tries to login, it gives him an error at the Duo screen (see attached). He is able to log in fine through slack, wondering if maybe it is a bugzilla issue?

Should be good now -- their account was in the offboarding queue on the bugzilla side.
