Steps to reproduce:

Sign in and enable Sync on Android. Install extensions. Use the browser as usual, reboot the phone. Uninstall one of the extensions. Update Nightly from Play Store. The uninstalled extension comes back. This has happened twice since yesterday. It has happened with multiple different extensions on two different occasions, with the latest case being few minutes ago after 4/12/2018 9:00PM PST Nightly update. If I open Firefox Sync and force a sync, the uninstalled extensions do not come back.

Example extensions: top-three extensions under "User Agent Switcher" search result, "Close Tab Context Menu" extension.
