Filters like states and search terms reset if 'set as top/bottom of range' from push context menu used.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=autoland&group_state=expanded&tochange=840e168e50abfb1593e918f2a939524854631564&fromchange=a7561379843f63c1a548ff1842ba5e7359580d43&filter-resultStatus=testfailed&filter-resultStatus=busted&filter-resultStatus=exception&filter-resultStatus=retry&filter-resultStatus=usercancel&filter-resultStatus=running&filter-resultStatus=pending&filter-resultStatus=runnable
2. Click the green circle near the top (left of the search box) to show successful jobs.
3. Go to the second push from the bottom.
4. Open the push context menu on the right.
5. Select 'Set as bottom of range'.
Actual result:
Successful jobs hidden.
Expected result:
Successful jobs still shown.

Also reproducible on stage.
