Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new profile. Enable WR. Restart
2. Go to any bugzilla page like: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1452111
3. Observe the tab text


Actual results:

overly bold/blurry




Expected results:

not so

This does not happen without WR
With WR, it does not occur on every page. For example, google.com text looks normal. (As shown in screenshot)
