STR:
1. Go to https://www.youtube.com
2. Click the menu(left-top hamburger) to show the drawer
3. Click "Help" to show help dialog(html > body > iframe#google-feedback-wizard > html > body > div#dialog.ghp-dialog.ng-scope)

AR:
Help dialog opens and disappears immediately.
Moving mouse(hovering on some elements?) causes the dialog appearing but it quickly disappears again.

ER:
No such odd behaviour.

There's a number of fixes in flight from other regressions caused by bug 1443027. We should check back on this bug after those make it to mozilla-central.

This issue no longer occurs on 61.0a1(build 20180418230818). (verified on Windows10/LinuxMint18.3)

I was able to confirm via mozregression that this was fixed by bug 1452225 (which makes sense, very similar symptoms).
