WTF it can't only be in the sidebar. AND I CAN'T SEARCH THERE EITHER!

Did you try Go -> History, or Command-Shift-H? It's not searchable, but it's there.
This bug shouldn't be resolved as WONTFIX but rather as INVALID.

Yes, I found it eventually. I was confused as it had disappeared from the Tools
(?) menu.
