Details
Win2000pro, Installed 2002-05-17-04 from "LATEST"; Remove-from-CP, Re-Install in
same location (no extra deletion of files/dirs).
1) File a bug in Bugzilla for MailNews, leave Component unset;
2) Comit: browser shows Bugzilla Error message advising click Back to return to
main NewBug page;
3) OBSERVED:
(a) 'Back' ToolbarIcon and MenuItem are greyed and unavailable.
(b) To get back, 'Go', and select Enter Bug from history(?) list.

Appears corrected by installing 2002-05-18-08 after deleting chrome & component
directories.
