Related to Bug 1454539 - there seems to be no way to load a derived image from TaskCluster - it expects to find a Dockerfile. One can work around this by using --task-id and looking for a recent/correct image from https://tools.taskcluster.net/index/gecko.cache.level-3.docker-images.v1
