1454690 - For new Reps leave the Mentor field empty

Actually we are adding as mentor the person that invite a new rep.
This create a problem because is not reported anywhere that is new Rep is waiting for a mentor.
Actually in the dashboard we have a No mentors section but this don't show this cases.
We need to have a list about it and is better to remove this auto assignment to avoid confusion and a lot of mentee to the people that is following onboarding right now.

I agree with Daniele here. It made sense when mentors invited Reps, but now it's always the Council member in the Onboarding team. This doesn't scale well and I think it doesn't provide any downside as there wouldn't be any mentoring sessions anyway.

We also have "Feel free to ping me if you have any questions or need help." in the comment we write to the applicant (https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReMo/Webinar/Communication#After_applicant_has_signed_everything) once they get invited to the portal. I think that covers it quite well so they know they can reach out even if they do not have an official mentor assignment yet.
