We need a QA pass to make sure we're not regressing Desktop telemetry and that GeckoView telemetry works as expected.

The work for the geckoView telemetry bugs is now completed. No regressions have been found during the testing.

The testing was performed using latest nightly on the following platforms: Win7(x64), Ubuntu 14.0.4, MaxOS 10.13.3 and Android 8.0

Please have in mind that this test plan and the testing that was performed had in scope only that no regression were introduced.

Given comment 5, I'm restricting the scope of this bug to making sure that desktop/fennec had no Telemetry regression. QA on geckoview telemetry should happen as part of bug 1457388.
