Steps to reproduce:

1.Install an earlier Nightly build (for example 60.0a1)

2.Update the Nightly build to the current one (61.0a1 - 2018-04-18)

3.Change the browser language to any other than the earlier Nightly build language.

4."Report site issue" is still in the earlier Nightly build browser language.

Expected results:

"Report site issue" is displayed in the current browser language.

Actual results:

"Report site issue" is still displayed in the earlier Nightly build and not in the current browser versions language.

Notes:
After restarting Nightly the issues is fixed.

Just to verify, the Report site issue string was correctly internationalized when changing languages in an older Nightly?

I have checked this and the string did not change correctly. It needed a restart as for it to change to the current language.
This happened in an older and the latest Nightly 62.0a1 (2018-05-10). So the upgrade did not interface with this. Sorry for the mishap.

Summary: "Report Site Issue" is not translated after Nightly update → "Report Site Issue" is not translated when changing language in Nightly
OK, thanks, not a regression but something we should def fix before we roll this out to beta users.

I plan on working on this, but need to get some other stuff off my plate first.

Hi, the issue is still reproducible when interchanging languages. Tested with Samsung Galaxy Tab A (Android 9) on Firefox Beta 68.4b3.
