Details
Burmese (my) is currently missing from langGroups.properties
https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/59a9a86553e9bfd9277202748ff791fd9bc0713b/intl/locale/langGroups.properties
I don't think any of the existing language groups can be applied to it.

We don't have langGroups anymore.

The specific file langGroups.properties no longer exists, but we do still have "langGroups" in a small way; in particular, this is what drives the selection of "languages" (scripts, really) for which fonts can be specified in the Preferences / Fonts and Colors / Advanced dialog. Note that Burmese is not exposed there, so it's impossible to set script-specific font preferences for it.
That entire UI (and the underlying model) is overdue for replacement, but for the time being this is still a valid issue, I think, and Burmese users would potentially benefit from addressing it.
