Steps to reproduce:

Opened a post in the new Reddit design, which opens an in-page pop-up with all the comments. 


Actual results:

The scollbar on the right hand side doesn't display the thumb. It can be used by clicking on it blindly though.

If you take a screenshot with Nightly's built-in screenshot tool the thumb is shown.


Expected results:

The scollbar thumb is shown as expected.
