This happens after a long time without using my phone (aka in the morning), but I've found a way to reproduce the problem pretty reliably.

STR:
- Disable Android Wifi
- Kill Firefox for Android
- Enable Android Wifi
- Open Firefox for Android and click on any thumbnail in the home page.

Expected:
Page loads.

Actual:
Page stays blank, after 3 minutes it times out. Chrome loads the same page without any issue.

Notes:
- This is on Firefox Beta 60 on a Nexus 5X.
- A Chromecast is connected in that network (see bug 1347755).
- I have a Hitron CODA-4582U router (Rogers).
- I switched routers recently (was on a Archer AC1750) and the problem started to show after I got the Hitron.

I've attached an adb log file.
