Steps to reproduce:

Open a website. Launch dev tools. Move them to "separate window". Close the dev tools clicking "X" button. That's it - you can't shw dev tools any more. Nor by Ctrl+Shift+I, not by "Inspect element".


Actual results:

Dev tools do not show up upon pressing Ctrl+Shift+I, nor by "Inspect element"


Expected results:

Dev tools should show up in separate windows (or otherwise)

Hello,

I have attempted to reproduce this issue on Windows10 x64 with the 3 main versions (nightly - v61.0a1, beta - v60.0b15, release - v59.0.2) and could not reproduce it. 

Can you please record your screen while reproducing the issue?

I have also tested on Windows 10 and could not reproduce.
I'm closing the bug report for now, but keeping the needinfo request for jitbit in case they come back with a way to reproduce this, in which case we can re-open the bug.

Can't replicate this now after upgrading to the latest "developer edition" build. Sorry for the false alarm
