SMTP server settings seem to be loaded when the message is opened, if i open a
msg, then change SMTP server i will get an error.
close and reopen from drafts and it will send ok.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.write an email
2.change smtp server
3.click send, see you get an error

Actual Results:  smtp is fixed from when you opened the window

Expected Results:  smtp info should be set when the user clicks 'send'
