1456729 - tp5o scroll takes twice as long to run on windows 10 profiling

I was looking at the runtimes of profiling and saw that the g1 job takes 60+ minutes on windows 10 vs ~30 on linux/osx.  All the other jobs are similar runtimes.

I see that we run tp5o_scroll and glterrain in this job.  glterrain takes <2 minutes to run and create the profile, tp5o_scroll takes 50+ minutes.  20 minutes to load/scroll all the pages (twice- reduced down from 20) and then almost 30 minutes to build the .zip file for the profile.

I do not think there is a requirement to make this faster- ideally we should understand why this is so long and fix things if we can.

:jmaher as this bug is over a year old, could you provide an update on the runtime for this test? Maybe it's improved in the meantime?

we don't appear to run talos profiling in automation regularly anymore, so I don't have data readily available. :davehunt, could you push to try or profile a live g1 job and see what the runtime is.

on the try push the g1-p jobs failed when I triggered them.

So it's not taking as long as it originally did, but it's still double.
