https://www.seamonkey-project.org/dev/get-involved web page's BugAThon link is broken. It goes to http://www.mozilla.org/newlayout/bugathon.html that is not found (HTTP 404 error). I believe it is supposed to go to https://www-archive.mozilla.org/newlayout/bugathon.html web page, but that says it is outdated. :(

FYI. I also report this in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1456775 as well.
This is specific to the seamonkey project page so it's really a dupe of 1456776.
