Many of the crash-stats reports for this signature has:
MOZ_CRASH Reason Workers Hanging - 1|A:1|S:0|Q:0-BC:1Dispatch Error
e.g. bp-da7c31bb-bdb6-4024-961d-48a1e0180414
I'm guessing this is the same underlying cause.
