Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.tucows.com/system/preview/254623.html
2. Look for "Key features" 
3. At the right there is a "disclaimer" link, press it and a pop-up javascript
window is loaded; not showing the "Key Features Disclaimer", only the title.

Maybe it is a javascript fault.

I have additional examples of this behaviour, in case they are needed.
The pages work correctly trying it with Internet Explorer 5 
WFM with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0rc2) Gecko/20020510
