User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0 Build ID: 20180323154952 Steps to reproduce: Tools>Options>Privacy & Security>View Certificates When you select a personal certificate for backup you are asked for password. All the process goes fine and a certificate file is created. (.p12) Actual results: However when you try to to install that certificate into windows store it says: Invalid password, making the import NOT possible. Somehow the password provided in import does not match the password entered at export in Firefox. Expected results: This issue is seen in version 59.0.2 and 60 beta 9 (Windows) It worked as latest I've seen in version 56

The following information would help: 1. Whether the issue is reproducible in the latest Nightly with a brand new profile. https://nightly.mozilla.org https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles 2. The exact regression range as provided by mozregression-gui. https://mozilla.github.io/mozregression/quickstart.html
Has Regression Range: --- → no
Has STR: --- → yes
Component: Untriaged → Security: PSM
Keywords: regression,
regressionwindow-wanted
OS: Unspecified → Windows 7
Product: Firefox → Core
Hardware: Unspecified → x86_64
The issue could NOT be reproducible in Nightly, meaning I was ABLE to export and import the certificate successfully. Greg

Thank you for the update. Then this can be closed as WORKSFORME, since the issue was apparently patched at some unknown point.
