14572 - Keyboard shortcuts in menus not drawn on same line

To reproduce:
- Launch apprunner
- Click on the File menu to drop it down

Result: For every menu item with an assocaited keyboard accelerator, that
accelerator is not displayed on the same baseline as the rest of the menu item.
The shortcuts are slightly raised above the baseline.

It isn't the end of the world, but it does look unprofessional. If we can fix it
for beta, that would be a Good Thing.
