145742 - FRWD button does not highlight after you click BACK on a pdf file

seen on 0517 brnch, hope ther eis a bug already filed.

steps:
load brnch build and go to this page above
once the pdf loads, click on BACK

Observe that FWD does not highlight. The pdf id listed in 'GO' menu , tho.

punting that this is an XPFE problem as full-page plugins are kinda weird in
that they have no document wrapper and the JS may be getting confused. Please
feel free to bounce back if this is not the case.

I saw Beth repro this on another testcase but this time it was the Back button.

Testing bug 146143 i realized that this bug WFM with acrobat 5.0.5 and a current
cvs build, Linux: The fwd button hightlights after going back.
(also works with the URL in urlfield of this bug)

Yes, this was fixed a while back. Dupe of bug 139321.
