[Affected versions]:
- Firefox 59.0.2 and up
- Side View 0.3.2

[Affected Platforms]:
- All Windows
- All Linux
- All Mac

[Prerequisites]:
- Have a clean Firefox profile with the latest Side View v0.3.2 installed (https://github.com/mozilla/side-view).

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open the browser and navigate to a website (e.g. www.wikipedia.com).
2. Click the "Open Side View" action button from the right part of the address bar.
3. Right click on the website opened in Sidebar.
4. Click each of the following options and observe what happens next:
- "Save Page to Pocket"
- "Select All"
- "View Page Source"
- "Take a Screenshot" (not displayed for Release channel on Windows).

[Expected result]:
- Each option generates specific actions.
OR
- Options are not displayed in the context menu if they are not compatible with the Sidebar or, at least, they should be greyed out.

[Actual result]:
- Nothing happens, the options don't generate any response.

[Notes]:
- See also: #184(https://github.com/mozilla/side-view/issues/184).
- Attached a screen recording of the issue.

I just filed bug 1469764, where looking at some other issues, I found out that at least some of the context menu components aren't being initialised correctly. There's also a stub implementation of gBrowser that could be affecting things.

Hence, either of those could be contributing to this bug and a place to start looking.

I also have this issue, particularly when I put a Google Doc tab into the sideview. Even though I'm already logged in in the main window, when I move a doc to the sideview, Google docs places a blob at the bottom of the sideview offering to "Edit with the Docs app" and two buttons- NO THANKS and USE THE APP. Niether button works so I can't dismiss the blob, which is a problem because it takes up so much limited sideview real estate.
