In the window for creating/editing a mailing list, the instructions say that
names can be dragged into the list.  However, the focus cannot be changed back
to the Address Book window in order to select addresses to be dragged.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla and open the Address Book component.
2. Create a new Mailing List.
3. With the Mailing List window open, try switching back to the Address Book window.

Actual Results:  The Address Book window cannot be selected.

Expected Results:  Users should be able switch back to the Address Book window
in order to select and drag addresses into the new list.
