Details

(Keywords: platform-parity)

Build ID: 1999092208
Platform: Windows NT, Windows 98

To reproduce:
- Launch apprunner
- If it isn't already displayed, reveal the Sidebar
- Click and hold on the (big) thumb
- Slowly (and I mean slowly!) drag the thumb down and up

Result: Pay careful attention to the green bars in the Tinderbox section, or to
any of the content in the individual sidebar areas. As you slowly scroll up and
down, the headers (What's Related, Flashes, &c.) scroll smoothly enough - but
their contents seems to 'stick' in position on the screen and then suddenly jerk
upwards from time to time, creating a disorienting stutter.

Expected result: Scrolling should be smooth for both headers and content.
Summary: Scrolling Sidebar results in odd behavior → [PP] Win32 - Scrolling Sidebar results in odd behavior
Marking PP as this is Windows only. Linux sidebar scrolling is broken in a
different manner.
