Hi!
I've tried to reproduce the issue on a Macbook Pro with Retina display and MacOs 10.13 using the same Release version 59.0, but couldn't reproduce.
Did the problem occur on other parts of the browser also or just the mentioned Add-ons? Could you please try and reproduce the issue on the latest Nightly https://nightly.mozilla.org/ ?
Marking a possible component for the issue.

I'm unable to reproduce it with latest Nightly.
I've found more interesting details. I use multi-display setup and the issue only happens on retina display. For whatever reason Dell and Thunderbolt Displays are not affected (rendering is still sluggish).

FF menus are not affected. the only thing I'm noticing is pocket repaint on retina display. Other displays are ok.

This sounds a lot like bug 1387340 but that was fixed in 58

Marking this WFM on Nightly 61, too late for 59 and not pressing for 60. Please re-open if deemed necessary.
