I attempted to land D1051 today, but going into Lando gives the error "You have insufficient permissions to land. scm_versioncontrol is required."
I filed bug 1457468 to ask MOC to enable those permissions and they confirmed my LDAP account has scm_versioncontrol enabled (see bug 1457468 comment 4).

Because of the way Mozilla provides group information through Auth0, your group memberships are static for the lifetime of your login token. If you log out and log back in everything should work. Please re-open if this does not fix the problem.

I've tried on two machines (laptop and desktop) as well as in a private browsing window on each, but still no luck. On my laptop I also rebooted the machine.

Talked to sheehan over irc. Auth0 isn't indicating he's a member of the group in the groups claim, even after log out and log in. He'll pursue that issue in Bug 145768
