When selecting t-shirt sizes in our profile, it's essential to have a size chart, especially for women's shirts. Please add a size chart for the listed sizes and indicate who produces our shirts (Hanes, Blank, American Apparel, etc.). This may require working with the team that produces our t-shirts to ensure that we both have current size charts and that they commit to notifying you in the future if new size charts — and size selections — become available.
Thank you for this feedback. We are in the process of UX research for our Mozillians.org Repositioning project. T-shirt size is one of the fields that needs to be investigated more thoroughly. It is unclear who uses the field in 2018 (and beyond). For this reason we keep your request on the backlog. Regardless of this, your request is very meaningful and we are thankful for it.
