User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0 Build ID: 20180323154952 Steps to reproduce: Attempted to connect to irc.mozilla.org:6697 Actual results: The connection was abruptly dropped. Trying to netcat to 6667 revealed that there are too many connections from my host. Expected results: A TLS connection to the server should be established.

I assume the IPs here are 194.197.235.231 and 194.197.235.247. I've bumped the limits to 10 per IP which will be active shortly. Please reopen if you need more than that.
