Unknown cause.   Using Mozilla build 2002051908.  Explorer for X renders it fine.

The initial page is a blank page, with an onload handler that tries to use IE's 
window.navigate to change the current url. Whatever.

Bug is still active : happens with Netscape 7, Mozilla 1.2b and Chimera 0.6
Is there something someone can do about this ?

There is absolutely NOTHING that Mozilla.org should do about this. This is
purely an evangelism. 

The problem is that Engilutions' web desiger sucks goat. They use a proprietary
IE JScript method (window.navigate) instead of the equivalent ECMA-standard
javascript property (location.href)

The solution is to contact Engilutions and ask them to fix it. End of story.

The same is true for dic.naver.com, distrowatch.com, dictionary.com and several others on my Firefox 1.5.0.5.

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
