I noticed the other day while watching some YouTube videos, that you need to click on Android icon (to the upper right corner) from the mobile site in order to launch the video in the app, installed on the phone. This also applies to other apps like Google Play, Twitch etc. I think this is a unnecessary step for users and that the default behavior should be changed to automatically redirect users to the app or least provide an option within settings to do so.
Summary: YouTube or other mobile websites doesn't automatically open app installed on phone → YouTube and other mobile websites doesn't automatically open app installed on phone
