1458601 - Default theme text and description are not localized

Similar to bug 658044, just that now the texts are always in English, no matter what Theme is selected.
Not sure when exactly this started (and not sure how to check with Mozregression), but I think this is from the last ~15 days.

The same texts are also not localized in the Customize page.

The string entity name for the default theme changed in bug 1372694.
It looks like you're using a Hebrew language pack but the new entity hasn't yet been translated to Hebrew:
