While auditing this, perhaps you could also be on the lookout for hard-coded width/height (other than 'inherit') too? There are a few <input> types that still does that to set their "intrinsic" size... This is bad because it inhibits 'stretch' alignment, see bug 1317524, bug 1317578 etc. Setting width/height (and their logical variants) MUST be banned from the UA sheet, except for anon boxes. I think I've filed bugs on all of them, but I could have missed one...
