Currently on Lando in the top navigation bar, after you are logged in, clicking on your name and picture will have a settings modal pop up.
This modal informs you that it doesn't do anything right now, which seems a bit silly to deploy to the company.
We should make the button not clickable until that is implemented.

Just commenting it out feels really dirty, but it works and we should be
adding stuff relatively soon when we implement confidential support.
Depends on D1304.
